Capturing KM: Career And Tech Ed Showcase Draws Hundreds
Our Made In KM showcase event on the KMHS Campus April 8 drew hundreds of visitors! Community members of all ages learned more about how tech ed, culinary, design, marketing, printing and video students are working with local businesses. Several businesses/organizations even walked away having placed orders for student-made products!

KM Drama Club is gearing up for the powerful spring production of "Radium Girls" by D.W. Gregory. Tickets are on sale now for performances April 20 through May 1.

More than 40 students are involved in the telling of this gripping, tragic and true story of women employed to work with radium-infused paint during WWI and their fight for help when a slew of mysterious illnesses present over time.

Written for an ensemble cast, KM's spring production features 20 actors playing over 30 characters with a mixture of warm humor and serious drama. 
Recommended for ages 10 and older.

Minor Tweaks Made To The 2022-23 School Year Calendar
For those planning ahead for next year, the school board voted this week on some minor changes to the previously-released upcoming calendar. Most notable: Jan. 2 is a no-school day and the final day of school moves to June 9.

This from the article: "The senior midfielder help put the Lasers on the cusp of a state ranking with two goals and two assists in victories over Germantown and New Berlin Eisenhower at home last week. The Missouri recruit posted two assists in a 3-1 victory over Germantown Tuesday. Two days later she had both goals in a shutout victory over Eisenhower, which was ranked No. 10 in the all-division state poll at the time."
