Navigating Back to School with Goal Setting - Charting the Course for Success!
Back-to-School time is here! Everyone is dusting off their backpacks, shopping for school supplies and savoring the final days of summer. Before we know it, the air will feel crisp, and the fall season will have arrived. One important thing to keep in mind as a new school year begins is having clear and attainable goals sets the course for SUCCESS!
The Curriculum-Based Support Group (CBSG®) session on Dreams & Goal Setting is a great starting place to help achieve our goals in and out of the classroom. Setting goals is not just a routine exercise; it's a powerful tool that can shape the academic journey and pave the way for a successful school year. Goal setting provides a clear direction, helps students stay motivated, and gives them a sense of purpose and future.
By setting goals, students will have a roadmap that guides their actions, motivates their efforts, and ensures growth throughout the school year. Goals for the school year are not just about academics. Goals can also include relationships, extra-curricular activities, and behaviors.
