Rainbow Village Opens Wait List


 

PCHA has opened the waiting list for applications for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom units at Rainbow Village. Rent for these apartments is based on approximately 30% of the family's income.

  •  Families with 1-2 persons are invited to apply for the 1 BR units
  • Families with 3-4 persons are invited to apply for the 2 BR units
  • Families with 5-6 persons are invited to apply for the 3 BR units
  • Families with 7-8 persons are invited to apply for the 4 BR units
  • Families with 9-10 persons are invited to apply for the 5 BR units

 

Applications will be available as follows:

February 22 thru March 9 at the Rainbow Village Office

From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

 

Please visit our website at www.pin-cha.org to download the application in English or Spanish. Applications will also be available at PCHA Central Office located at 11479 Ulmerton Road, Largo, Florida 33778.

 

Disabled applicants only may call the Rainbow Village office to request an application by mail beginning February 14, 2011.  

 

Completed applications may be submitted to the Rainbow Village office at the address listed above on or before 4:00 PM on March 14, 2011.  Applications returned by mail must be postmarked on or before March 14, 2011.

 

 

Rainbow Village is a family development of duplexes and triplexes with 200 units. The property offers one and two bedroom apartments and two-story three, four and five bedroom apartments. A refrigerator and a gas range are included with each apartment. Pets are permitted as per PCHA pet policy. The Police Athletic League (PAL), the Greater Ridgecrest Area Development for Youth (GRADY) and Head Start are located on-site and offer year-round program activities.
