Gratitude and Growth in 2025, Momentum for 2026

Happy New Year!

As we turn the page on a new year, I’m reflecting with gratitude for what we accomplished in 2025 and feeling energized for what lies ahead for MOHR Retail and our clients in 2026.

2025 was a milestone year, marked by meaningful growth, business success, and continuous learning. As our organization expanded, so did the need to raise the bar on our standards, operating procedures, and internal processes to meet the evolving needs of today’s retail leaders, their businesses, and their customers.

No one learns in their comfort zone. That’s not just something we teach; it’s a mantra we live and internalize in our own day-to-day work. And this past year certainly challenged us to stretch and adapt, all while staying true to the high standards our clients expect. Every day was an opportunity to learn, grow, and do MOHR.

I am deeply appreciative of the trust our clients placed in us and in our retail-specific learning solutions. Seeing the results our programs delivered—stronger leadership behaviors, improved performance, and those powerful “lightbulb learning moments” in our classrooms, both virtual and live—was incredibly rewarding. We are proud to play a role in strengthening our clients’ cultures by building bench strength and developing leaders who are ready to achieve higher goals and pursue advancement.

I am equally grateful for the talented and enthusiastic MOHR Retail team. Their commitment to excellence showed up in every engagement. In 2025, for the first time since before the pandemic, we delivered more sessions in-person than virtually. We also gathered in person as a company at our Miami headquarters in November. That meeting sparked new task forces focused on improving our systems, processes, and capabilities to position us to serve our clients at a larger scale and with even greater impact.

2025 was also a year of brand evolution. We welcomed a marketing director and made important strides toward creating greater consistency in how we go to market, while strengthening our retail and service industry brand.

We’re excited to continue that momentum with the launch of our new website in 2026. Stay tuned! We are also continuing to focus on strengthening our organization in a variety of ways so that we can better serve you not only in the year ahead but for many years to come.

Thank you for your partnership and collaboration, for the sharing of insights and ideas, and for the trust you’ve placed in us to help you bring out the best in your teams, through the development of leadership, sales, service, coaching, negotiation skills and more.

Wishing you a happy, healthy, and prosperous new year. We look forward to connecting and engaging with you in 2026.
