Meet the 2021 Board of Directors
Meet Kaeli Gemmell, REALTOR® and Vail Board of REALTORS® Foundation Chair! Kaeli is involved with the VBRF Board to be a part of our community, helping it improve, and getting to know how things work. "Real estate is my passion and I feel so blessed I took the step of getting my license," says Kaeli.

Kaeli got into real estate after helping agents advertise and grow substantially with a platform we know as Zillow.
Kyle Stoveken, REALTOR® is the Vail MLS Board Chair-Elect! Kyle is involved to help shape the current and future operations of the VMLS while continuing to add value to our members.

"Being a Realtor poses major consequences for our actions," says Kyle. "We are lucky enough in this valley to have some of the best brokers and brokerages in the country providing decades of experience in a very unique market."
Meet REALTOR® and Vail Board of REALTORS® Director, Dawn Mullin! A goal of Dawn as a Director is heightened exposure and awareness within the community of the mission, purpose, and benefits of the VBR, VBRF, and VMLS. Dawn also served on our Foundation Board, and the best advice she's received is that "people don't care how much you know, they want to know how much you care."
TurnKey can help your clients benefit from full-service vacation rental management, and brokers can earn up to $1,500 for referrals. Contact Jeff Kurtz, your local sales director with TurnKey to learn more.
According to the COVID-19 Dial, Eagle County is currently in Level Orange. With the current Public Health order. It is much easier to determine which level each county is in with this system - and if you are working in different markets. You can see the restrictions based on each level for real estate, depending on the color.

All resources are linked for easy access.
