Tuscola Wrestling

As the Co-Captain of Tuscola's first wrestling team fifty years ago, I joined with our outstanding founding wrestling coach, Mr. Art Bogar. Then we have three National Wrestling Hall of Fame Coaches, Mr. Jim Whitmer, the founding coach for Inka High, Mr. John Sanderson, Tuscola's original team's 185 pounder and later distinguished Tucsola coach, and finally, Tucola's beloved Coach Steve Atwood. We had a great evening at the match remembering the past 50 years of Tuscola Wrestling.

Haywood Waterways Annual Banquet

I recently attended the Annual Haywood Waterways Banquet, where Executive Director Eric Romaniszyn gave a rundown on Haywood Waterways' banner year. They helped win and assisted in administrating over 8 Million Dollars worth of watershed restoration projects across Haywood County. Mark your calendar for the upcoming Polar Plunge - fabulous fun to support clean water.
