Welcome Curtis Slough

Roberts Centre New General Manager

A native of Findlay, Ohio, and graduate of the University of Toledo, Curtis brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience to Holiday Inn Roberts Centre.

His career began in full-service hospitality at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, where he spent several years in food and beverage operations. From there, Curtis advanced into leadership roles with extended-stay and select-service hotels throughout the Cincinnati market, building extensive experience in hotel operations, team development and guest satisfaction. He later served as a Regional Manager for a Cincinnati-based hotel management company.

Curtis is excited to join Holiday Inn Roberts Centre and looks forward to working with its talented team while building upon the property’s continued success. Outside of hospitality, Curtis enjoys spending time with his wife and children and rooting for Ohio sports teams.

Did You Know?

After starting the business in 1965, Larry Roberts Sr. was eager to expand his grassroots moving company. He purchased a single 1963 GMC 1-ton cab, a step up from his old 1951 Ford. That same GMC model now sits outside the restaurant, part of the R+L Carriers heritage.
