THANK YOU
Thank You Heather Bradley from Jodel printing company.
The students and staff of GSLS were challenged to exercise 50 miles in 100 days. If they reached 50 or more miles they would receive a t-shirt.
Fifteen students and staff earned a t-shirt. Heather Bradley created the design and donated the t-shirts for this challenge. We really appreciate her generosity and quality work! The students and staff are wearing the shirts proudly! Thank You Heather!

Haus of Peace
Haus of Peace "invests in the future of women and children by providing a safe environment, essential resources, various services, and loving innkeepers."

We will be having a classroom competition where we will collect paper plates, napkins, toilet paper, paper towels, and Kleenex. The class that brings in the most items now till the end of the quarter will earn a special snack!
Good Start students, Keep up the good work.
Congratulations to the B Boys Basketball Team! They won first place at their tournament in Ixonia on Saturday.
NATIONAL LUTHERAN SCHOOLS" WEEK
Coming March 7-11, we are celebrating National Lutheran Schools' Week (NLSW)! Our school theme this year is, "Called to Serve" based on I Peter 4:10.  With that in mind, let's have a strong celebration in the following ways:

Monday, Zoom Day!- Fancy on the top, casual on the bottom ( pants required!)
Tuesday,–  Day- Dress like your favorite servant (Examples: Martin Luther King, Jr., Nurse, your Dad, President Biden, etc...
Wednesday, School Spirit Day- Wear that green and white
Thursday, Tourist Day- Think of where you want to vacation and what you would wear while there. Will you look like a tourist or a native of the country? Your choice!
Friday, Freaky Friday- Crazy hair, mismatched clothes, and insane make up. We want to see it all! Let's go wild! (but no blood or vampire teeth)
AR CHALLENGE
Encourage your students to read!

Currently (after week #3) Good Shepherd Lutheran School is in 5th place out of 36 schools! We have a total of 1471 points. Let’s keep working hard, students!
