Lenten Church Services You are invited to join us at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church to celebrate the start of Lenten services. Our services are held at 10 am and 7pm. Come early and join us for Lenten Dinners starting at 5:15pm. Reminder!  K-4th Graders Sing this Sunday, March 10 at the 10:30 am service.  We will meet in the music room at 10:10 a m where we will warm up and line-up. Students return to parents after the call to worship. Daylight Savings March 10th    Spring Forward. Turn your clocks forward one hour Saturday night! Extra Gym Time   Because of all of our snow days this year, Lebanon Lutheran has graciously offered to let us extend our contract for gym usage. That means we will continue to transport the kids out for p.e. classes on April 1st, 4th, and 11th. Hurry up spring!!

AR CHALLENGE READ! READ! READ!   ONLY A FEW DAYS LEFT!   We're Almost There!!   It's the last week of the AR Challenge and we are holding strong in 1st place nationwide thanks to the incredible efforts of 6th,7th, and 8th grade who have a commanding lead at their levels! Let's finish strong and keep our title as NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!!     On a side note, I actually met someone from the sneaky Kansas City school that beat us a few years ago. He stated that they were all well aware of Good Shepherd and watch us carefully every year. Let's really give them something to see this year! :)

Grandfriends’ Day March 22nd We are excited to announce that this year’s Grandparents/Special Friends Day will take place on Friday, March 22nd. There will be muffins/donuts from 8-8:30am. After that everyone will join their grand-students for the morning. Please contact the school office with any questions.

Come and Escape the Snow PTL Sponsored FREE Family Swim Night @ Signicast Aquatic Center Hartford Saturday, March 16, 2019 ~ 4:00pm until 6:00pm Signicast Aquatic Center 125 N Rural St, Hartford, WI 53027 Please note the following as you plan your family outing to the pool! The Hartford pool asks that parents are in the pool with children 7 and under and that the parent ratio to child is 2:1. Lifejackets are allowed, but they MUST be coast guard approved!  We are looking forward to escaping the cold and snow and enjoying some fun in pool and warmth with all of you!!!

MILK MOOLA has ended! If you have Kwik Trip Milk Caps or bags left at your house, please drop them off to the school office in the next couple of weeks. The program has ended and we have until mid-March to redeem them. Thank you for your Support!

3rd Quarter Chapel We are supporting our South Wisconsin District Hearts for Jesus Milwaukee County House of Correction Through God’s grace, this ministry has touched many lives. Chaplain Ikanih’s ministry consists of one-on-one cell block counseling, Bible study, regular worship services on Fridays and Sundays and “Hair Cuts for Jesus.” Many inmates have come to know their Savior Jesus Christ through hearing the Good News. We have raised $90.

Financial Aid Available 2019-2020 For families who do not qualify for the Wisconsin Parent Choice Program, financial aid may still be available. Financial aid is awarded on an “as needed” basis. If you would like to apply for financial aid for the 2019-2020 school year, please stop by the school office for further information.  April 30 is the deadline  for ALL returning families to submit the online application through TADS.
