Whether you prefer digital convenience or traditional payment methods, Ramsey Water is here to help make bill payment simple and stress-free.

System Upgrade

Duke Energy is constructing a new facility at the intersection of Spring Branch Road and Highway 135 in New Salisbury. To support the development, a water system upgrade is being completed, with Duke Energy funding the project and experienced Ramsey Water professionals performing the water main upgrade installation.

The project extends from Motts Road, up Oak Park Road, and then west on Spring Branch Road to Corydon Junction Road. With these upgrades, Ramsey Water can provide reliable service to existing customers while supporting a new business in our community.

DocuSign

We’re excited to announce that we will soon be transitioning all customer paperwork from paper forms to secure digital forms using DocuSign. Most documents will be available as easy-to-complete web forms on our website, allowing you to submit information anytime, from anywhere.

This change will not only make the process faster and more convenient but also more secure through built-in ID verification, helping protect your personal information while improving overall service efficiency.

Why Hydration Matters for Learning

As students head back to school and routines become busier, staying hydrated is more important than many people realize. Drinking enough water doesn’t just support physical health—it also plays a major role in concentration, energy, and overall learning.

📖 Better Concentration

Even mild dehydration can make it harder to focus. Drinking enough water helps the brain stay alert and supports concentration throughout the school or workday.

🧩 Improved Memory & Thinking

Proper hydration helps support short-term memory, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. When the body is low on fluids, mental performance can slow down.

⚡ More Energy, Less Fatigue

Dehydration can lead to tiredness and sluggishness. Staying hydrated helps maintain energy levels, making it easier to stay engaged in lessons, activities, and daily tasks.

😀 Better Mood

Not drinking enough water can affect mood and motivation, especially in children. Regular hydration can help support a more positive mindset throughout the day.

🎒 Simple Hydration Tips for School Days

  • Keep a reusable water bottle nearby
  • Take small sips throughout the day
  • Start each morning with a glass of water

A simple habit like drinking more water can make a big difference in helping students stay healthy, focused, and ready to learn.
