Community Manager receives PCAM Certification
Recently, Mrs. Brenda Tate (Stillwater Ranch Community Manager) was among fellow CCMC Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) certification recipients recognized at the Community Associations Institute conference this past week in Orlando.

HOG-Gate 2019
To date, 20 Hogs have been trapped and relocated. We still have not received notice from the trappers to re-open the SWR Nature Trails. Until then, the trails will remain closed for your safety. Thank you for your patience, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Are you an active adult, 55 or older and want to meet other 55+ residents? Join us at the Association office for our next SWR WRANGLERS 55+ group on   Wednesday, May 22 at  6:00 p.m.  We will discuss our next outing to Painting with a TWIST in June.

The Stillwater TEEN CLUB is in full swing! If your teen is interested in building new relationships within SWR while participating in education nights with community service opportunities, the Stillwater Teen Club is just for them. Festival of Flowers 2019
The Festival of Flowers is an annual event that brings together gardeners from throughout South Texas.

Brews and Blooms
The San Antonio Botanical Garden is excited about its 14th semiannual Brews and Blooms event on May 25th, 2019, 6:00pm – 7:00pm. Craft brew sampling, food trucks, live music from Starlighter Band, lawn games, and Mirror Mirror Photo Booth, all set in the gorgeous, flowering Botanical Garden. Brews and Blooms isn’t your typical beer garden!

Texas Taco Tequila
& Music Festival 
Nothing says Texas quite like tacos, tequila, and live music. When we are not in drought restrictions (stages 1 through 4), under Year-Round rules you are allowed to water your landscape with a sprinkler before 11 a.m. and after 7 p.m. every day. Watering by hand-held hose or with a 5-gallon bucket is allowed any time. However, water waste is prohibited at all times.

We are asking that all SWR residents visiting the Basketball court show their pool access card and ID to avoid the court's over population of outside guests.
Residents are allowed to have two (2) guests per access card and must stay with their guest at all times. Also, Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • No glass containers or breakable items are allowed in the fitness center as they are a health and safety hazard.
  • No profanity or abusive language permitted
  • Parents are responsible for their children in the fitness room and facility. *Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Private training and/or lesson use is not permitted in the fitness room unless approved, in advance in writing, by the Stillwater Ranch Homeowner’s Association.
Reasons to call BCSO
  • Any suspicious activity in and around the neighborhood, the Amenity Center, Pond, or Trail.
  • After hours noise complaints.
  • Abandoned Cars parked on the street.
  • Large/Over-sized vehicles blocking fire hydrants or mailboxes.
