COMMUNITY NEWS
Ranchers,

30% of Stillwater residents have not paid their January assessments. As a reminder, HOA assessments were due on January 1. The association office has attempted to contact you via phone or email as a reminder of your missed payment and late fees. Until assessments have been paid, amenity access cards for delinquent ranchers will be deactivated.
Reminder: SWR Trails are Closed
Hogs have been spotted within Stillwater Ranch. We have contacted the trappers. As a precaution, we have closed the Trails until further notice. Thank you.
Stop Sign Request
Back in October of 2017, Community Manager Brenda Tate was asked to submit a request for an all-way stop intersection at Stillwater Pkwy and Garrett Creek. After an assessment, the warrants were not satisfied for an all way stop.
