SBCTA INVITES YOU TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE PROPOSED ONT CONNECTOR PROJECT | |
|
The San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) will host a virtual
public hearing via Zoom on Wednesday, November 13, at 6:00 p.m. to educate and inform the public about the ONT Connector project and how it will improve
connectivity in the region.
The proposed project will build an underground tunnel connecting the Rancho
Cucamonga Metrolink Station to terminals 2 and 4 at the Ontario International Airport (ONT) terminals. Autonomous, zero-emission shuttles will transport passengers through the tunnel.
The project is currently in the environmental review phase and your input is important. From Friday, October 18 to Monday, December 2, two draft documents that report the potential environmental impacts of the project are available for public review. Visit goSBCTA.com/ONTConnector to review the documents and provide feedback. A virtual public hearing will be held via Zoom during the public comment period. The hearing will include an informational presentation followed by the opportunity for participants to ask questions and submit comments to be included in the final environmental documents.
