Ranger Boats becomes “The official boat of USA Bass”

State College, PA – June 11, 2018: USA Bass is proud to announce that Ranger Boats has become the official boat of USA Bass. Ranger Boats, based in Flippin, Arkansas is recognized as the world leader in bass boat manufacturing.

“Gaining the support of Ranger Boats is a huge step forward for USA Bass,” said USA President Tony Forte. “Our National Bass Fishing team competes in World Championship and Pan American Championship events each year.  Ranger Boats will help us in our pursuit of Gold medal excellence and propel bass fishing toward achieving Olympic status in the near future”

The USA Bass team has had tremendous success in Olympic- style bass fishing tournaments. It recently followed up a silver medal team performance at the 2017 Black Bass World Championship in South Africa with a gold medal (Scott & Roland Martin) and silver medal (John Cox & Keith Carson) at the 2018 Pan American Bass Fishing Championships in Clewiston, Florida. The team has now set its sights on the 2018 Black Bass World Championships in Mexico this November.  USA Bass will be going for gold and chasing giant largemouth bass at Lake Cuchillo. The event will include countries from Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and North America and will be the largest international bass fishing field ever.

“We are excited to support USA Bass and the Olympic movement for bass fishing,” Says Ranger’s V.P. of Marketing Bart Schad. "The global expansion of the sport is great for bass fishing fans and important to Ranger. We are looking forward to following our USA Bass team as they compete for Gold and spread their passion for the sport worldwide.”
