Yesterday, Governor Carney joined Secretary Cerron Cade and workforce development partners, Gary Stockbridge and Mark Brainard, to provide an update on the Rapid Workforce Training and Redeployment Initiative for Delaware workers displaced during the COVID-19 crisis, which was established under Executive Order #43.
