It's that time of year again...

Our annual Rapido Christmas Mystery Boxes are back for a limited time! We know that our mystery boxes are the most anticipated launch of the year. In fact, we have seen comments on our social media asking about them since September! This year we needed a little extra time to try something new. As usual, we’ve packed these boxes full of our high-quality models, surprises, and maybe even a fun new chocolate for you to try. We may not have our own chocolate factory but certainly have our own Willy Wonka (who designed these chocolates himself).

Don't forget, for guaranteed delivery before Christmas, order your mystery box by December 14th!

🎄 The Rapido Christmas Mystery Boxes Are Back! 🎄

It’s that magical time of year again — the Christmas Mystery Boxes have FINALLY returned! We’ve outdone ourselves this year by giving you FOUR exciting boxes to choose from.

This year we've pre-packed a large number of boxes to expedite shipping to you! With the help of some warehouse elves, you should start seeing boxes shipped within a week of placing your order. This all depends, of course, on the influx of orders we receive!

This year we are also shipping mystery boxes from BOTH the US and Canadian warehouses. For our Canadian friends, this means shipping times will be much shorter and for our American friends, your mystery boxes will not be affected by tariffs.

The "Platinum" DCC/Sound HO Scale Mystery Box

$299.95 USD • $359.95 CAD

The original box, where it all started. This classic returns for another year (with an upgrade from premium to platinum!) and includes at least one HO Scale DCC/Sound Locomotive, as well as a buffet of freight cars (along with our usual surprises). Last year we nearly couldn't keep up with the demand, so order early to get them BEFORE Christmas!

The "Gold" DC/Silent HO Scale Mystery Box

$229.95 USD • $279.95 CAD

The Gold DC/Silent Mystery Box returns for 2025 sporting a new name! Last year we announced these as the "Silent Night" mystery boxes, which were snapped up in record time. For those who like it quiet, this one includes at least one HO Scale DC/Silent Locomotive and additional freight cars — also with our usual extra merch and gear. We know the holidays can be "loud" so make these your escape from those noisy family members!

The "Silver" HO Scale Freight Car Mystery Box

$179.95 USD • $199.95 CAD

This mystery box option is brand new and includes at least half a dozen freight cars! This HO Scale freight car box is perfect for expanding your consists. Last year we heard feedback about offering a freight car or no-frills option. Without sacrificing any of the quality, you can grab this high-value freight box while quantities last.

The N Scale Mystery Box

$99.95 USD • $119.95 CAD

N scalers, we've heard your requests and for the first time ever, we are excited to offer the N Scale Mystery Box! These boxes include at least six freight cars and possibly more. We don't want to spoil what's inside, but we promise it's not Jason's lunch. Get one, two or even five, but don't wait to order as supplies are limited!

Make sure to let us know which item in the mystery box is your favorite/favourite!

Imagine opening up the Mystery Box and getting a full FA-1 and FB-1 set, with sound?!

Instead, head over to your local animal shelter to adopt one and give them a cozy, loving home for the holidays.🐱 Or a dog.🐶 Or a rabbit. 🐰 (Editor's Note: This is a forced addition by Natasha, who is a certified bunny mom. Or just certifiably insane... I hope that's not HR climbing down my chimney.)
