Dear Parents and Families,
It is enrollment time at LLCA! As you know, we opened the lottery for new families on January 2nd. At this time, we need our current families to complete the intent-to-return form (linked below) to ensure spots for your children at LLCA. We have seen a steady increase in enrollment over the past several years, and we expect a high level of interest from new families for the 2025-2026 academic year.
As always, we are thankful that your family has chosen to partner with LLCA in the education of your child. There is an opportunity in the embedded survey for you to share with us what we’re getting right and where we need to make improvements. We ask for your candor and constructive criticism.

After that, the next 3-4 weeks will be hectic as we compete for basketball championships. The final 2 rounds of each tournament (JV and Varsity for girls and boys) will be in the Raptor Center.
We need help with the gate and concessions at all the home games and the conference tournament on February 13 and Feb 15th.

From Mr. Fair, Our Dean of Students
Greetings Raptor Families,
I hope this message finds you well and that you and your loved ones had a restful holiday break. As we reflect on the first semester, we are incredibly proud of the dedication and effort our students have shown in meeting the high behavioral expectations we’ve set. Their resilience, especially in the aftermath of the hurricane, has been remarkable.
The positive behavior we've witnessed has been inspiring, and it’s evident that our school community has come together in a meaningful way. As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited to continue seeing our students grow and thrive. We are grateful for your unwavering support, and together, we are making a lasting impact on their success.
Warm regards,
Mr. Fair

From Nurse Redmon
We have seen an increase in upper respiratory viruses and infections as well as mycoplasma pneumonia. There are also the usual culprits such as Flu, strep, and pink eye lurking around. It is important that we all stay vigilant in our handwashing/sanitizing in order to help prevent the spread of these germs.
