Register Now for After School Clubs
At The Summit we know that learning continues beyond the traditional school day. One way we help foster a child's love of learning is through our after school enrichment clubs. These clubs are available to both Summit students and non-Summit students.

We've already collected a plethora of lost and found items this school year (and some residual from last year). We will display these items in the lobby this Thursday and Friday. Be sure to stop and see if any of these items belong in your household. On Friday at 4:30 p.m. all unclaimed items will be packed up and sent to Goodwill.
Fall Mums: Orders Due Friday, September 12th
We're kicking off our first Fundraiser of the year: Fall Mums
These are beautiful, hearty plants that will accent your home and yard. This fundraiser benefits SPO (Summit Parent Organization), and will provide funds for such things as: Muffins with Mom, Donuts with Dad, Grandparents Day, and purchasing items off of teacher/classroom wish lists.  Order forms are due to the front desk on Friday, Sept 12th . Flowers will be ready for pick up on Friday, Sept 28th during car line.

Order forms will be in this week's Friday Folders. You can also download the form by clicking here.

Save the Date for The Summit Gala: Friday, October 26th
The Summit's 14th Annual Gala will be held at the Darr Agricultural Center (same great location as last year).

This year's Annual Auction & Gala is a 1990s style party complete with games, music, appetizers, raffles, and silent and live auctions. Guests can show off their fly moves while gettin' jiggy with it, enjoy free wine and beer, or try their luck at the gaming tables. This party is going be all that and a bag of chips!

Tickets for this great event are only $100/person (just like last year).  Mr. Vince Currao, Summit's Development Officer, will be in contact regarding event sponsorship opportunities.

Summit Family Business Directory: Available to View Family Businesses

The Summit Parent Organization (SPO) would like to build relationships within The Summit community by offering families with businesses the opportunity to list their business in The Summit Business Directory. This will allow us to support one another through referrals and patronage.

This information can also be access through The Summit website at  http://www.thesummitprep.org/family/.

Participation is completely optional and free of charge. Additionally, teachers are excited at the prospect of the Business Directory to have as a reference for potential guest speakers in their classrooms &/or field trip opportunities. If you are interested in being listed in the Business Directory, please use this link to submit your information.
