Summit Gala 2019: Save the Date for 10/18

The 2019 Annual Gala will be held on Friday, October 18th.

The theme will be Classic Las Vegas: Rat Pack, elegance, music, magic, and all that glitters like the Vegas strip!  More information will be coming soon. In the meantime, please mark your calendars!

Each year, The Raven Fund helps underwrite The Summit's operating budget. That's money that will be spent this academic year, in support of students who are here now and the learning activities they enjoy today. The Destination Imagination Team needs your help. Admission fees, travel and lodging, and daily costs for the team and their chaperones ran into the thousands of dollars.  Any help you can lend to this incredible project is greatly appreciated by both the girls on the team and the entire Summit community.
Camp Raven: Summer at The Summit

Game On: Tech-Free Gaming Camp
1st - 5th graders in 2019-2020

Bring your game faces as we take on a TECH-FREE week of gaming! Campers will learn about teamwork and sportsmanship while playing a variety of classic, tried-and-true games as well as learning new ones. Card games, board games, and outdoor games...ALL the games!!

Volunteer Training on Thursday 7/18 at 9:30 a.m.
The Summit Prep values our community volunteers: parents, grandparents, and other family members! In order to volunteer with our Summit students, all adults must complete Volunteer Training with our Summit staff every two years.

The first volunteer training session of 2019-2020 will be on Thursday, July 18th at 9:30 a.m. at The Summit Prep. The event will be led by Becky Breckner, Summit Guidance Counselor. All potential volunteers are encouraged to attend this hour long session.

Summit Run 2019: Save the Date for 9/28

Mark your calendars! The Summit's 13th annual 5K and fun run will be held on September 28th, 2019 at The Missouri Institute of Natural Science, 2327 W. Farm Road 190.

This year we will be celebrating SCIENCE! Many professionals use science everyday. From Nurses, Anthropologists and Botanists to Cosmetologists, Veterinarians and Chefs. The possibilities are endless!

We encourage you to get creative and dress up as your favorite science related professional. We hope to see a few mad scientists out there!

The 2019-2020 School Year is right around the corner and school supplies are making an appearance in stores! Classroom teachers at The Summit will be emailing school supply lists and welcome letters to their classes on Monday, July 22nd. Be on the lookout for a message from your teacher!
2018-2019 Yearbooks: Not Here Yet!
Summit 18/19 Yearbooks should arrive before the start of school. Everyone who ordered a yearbook through TreeRing will be notified when they arrive. A few extras have been ordered and will be available for purchase on a first come, first served basis. Questions? Email Amy Maas.

The electronic cards can be ordered throughout the summer on the app. We have a variety of physical cards in the binder at school if you need one or two during the break.
