STEM Connection

4th graders are hard at work transforming their classroom into a walk-through aquarium adventure! This trimester, students have been learning all about oceanography and even had the chance to learn about marine life and scuba diving basics first-hand at Diventures training center.

In the classroom, students are researching all different aspects of the ocean, from stingrays to tide pools, in order to craft the elements for their aquarium from your generous donations of recyclable materials.

Please drop by the 4th grade classroom during their Trimester Celebration on Thursday, November 14th from 2:45-3:30 p.m. for the final reveal! Our student tour guides ask that all aquarium tourists please bring a cell phone or mobile device with them to access all the cool ocean facts available via QR codes. No download necessary!
