*PHYSICAL AND INSURANCE WAIVER UPLOADED

3. Waiver and/or $35 for HISD insurance turned in to coach.

*Athletes purchasing the $35 HISD insurance ONLY will not need to complete a waiver.

*Coaches will get waiver notarized for athletes if you are cannot yourself.

*ATHLETES CAN NOT TRY OUT IF THEY ARE NOT ON REGISTER MY ATHLETE AND PAPERWORK IS NOT COMPLETE. If your registration looks like the example below, you are good for tryouts unless the coach tells you otherwise. "In Progress" means the trainer is reviewing your physical and insurance.

Thursday, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students met in the library during first period to hear  Alan Gratz talk about his latest book, Two Degrees. Mr. Gratz shared how he generates ideas, conducts research, and turns it all into a compelling story.
