partnered with Nobel Biocare in
milling our Custom Designed CAD/CAM Abutments. Doing this has allowed Ceratek to have custom milled titanium abutments fitted for all the major implant companies(Nobel, Straumann, Biomet 3i, Zimmer, Astra Tech,....). Allowing you to have what you have been needing as the Restorative Doctor to achieve duplicated results when forming emergence profiles for predictably esthetic implant crowns and bridges.
The process goes as follows:
Ceratek Scans(or receives the Dr's Intra-oral scan), designs the abutment, then sends the file to Nobel Biocare to have the abutment milled, at the same time designing the overlaying crown(FCZ, PFZ, or eMax) to be cemented on top of the custom abutment(either in house, or at the Dr's Practice).Total Time for doing these Abutments and Crowns have been drastically reduced to 7 days in house turn around times.
