Once you have submitted the re-enrollment packet, your FACTS account will be invoiced in February for each child's enrollment fee ($225 per child).

There is a change to the school schedule for the upcoming year, specifically relating to the Thursday school start time. Next year, school will begin at 8:50 am on Thursdays. Therefore, car line will operate from 8:30 – 8:50 am, and Early Stay (for parents who must be at work before school begins on Thursday) will start at 7:30 am. Students not in class by 8:50 am will be considered tardy.

We can't wait to see your children back again next year! Please email Bryce Martin with any questions.

THIS WEEK: PWC BABY SHOWER CHAPEL

Every year, MRCA hosts a baby shower chapel for Piedmont Women's Center. Join us for this special chapel this week, Thursday, January 18 at 9:30 am as we hear from PWC representatives about the transformative and rewarding work they do to promote the sanctity of life.

Suggested items: Baby lotion, baby shampoo, wipes, washcloths, socks, bibs, booties, sleepers, gowns, onesies, baby clothes, blankets, crib sheets, newborn sized and larger sized diapers, bottles, pacifiers, rattles, and brushes. Car seats, cribs, carriers, etc. in good condition only, please.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Inclement Weather Policy (p.15 of the Family Handbook)

As a reminder, there are several ways MRCA will communicate inclement weather closings and/or delays to our parents.

  • With each inclement weather event, MRCA will determine if a delay or closing is necessary and will communicate its decision to parents. MRCA will consider Greenville County Schools’ actions when choosing its plans and will always keep its students’ and staff’s safety the top priority.
  • MRCA will put inclement weather delays or closings on our Facebook and Instagram. MRCA inclement weather delays or closings will also be listed on WYFF4.
  • MRCA will utilize emails and school-wide communication systems (the FACTS parent alert) to disseminate information to our parents regarding inclement weather, school schedule changes, emergency and non-emergency situations, and any other pertinent information.
  • Please note, if MRCA delays its opening, Early Stay will not be available on that day. Students will not be able to order lunch or utilize the warmers for heat-ups when there is a delay in the start of school.

Have you heard about Eagles OneFund? Each year, we identify the school’s needed improvements beyond what our normal budget covers. Through giving to the Eagles OneFund, our school’s annual fund, our donors help us bridge this gap to reach our goals. Since the fund’s inception, MRCA has raised over $1 million thanks to generous contributions from people like you. These contributions have provided technology and educational tools for the classroom, athletics enhancements, and so much more. Visit our Eagles OneFund page to learn about this year's areas of focus!
