2018 Annual Sales Conference - New York
Some competitors in our industry want you to believe one company delivers 100% of the radio universe. Simply put, that’s not true! You want two! Over 50% of the radio stations in the US are under contract with our McGavren Guild, Local Focus, GMPT radio rep firms or serviced by our Non Rep Division. Non Reps are those stations who by choice, do not align themselves with any one rep company.

Gen Media Partners helps advertisers reach millions of Americans every day. We have the #1 General Market and Hispanic stations on three coasts, and in between hundreds of top rated independent broadcasters who dominate their local markets. Our technology provides scale and ease of execution to the previously hard to buy unrated areas of the country.

The Changing Retail Picture
Online Retail to Bricks & Mortar
What does Amazon, Warby Parker, Bonobos and Casper have in common with Macy's, Sears and JC Penney?

They all have locations NOW inside of Shopping Malls.
Yes the mall environment is changing!  We have heard story after story of the need for malls the change.  But is NOT DEAD , as online retailers now forge their way into the home of retail.

As pointed out by several organizations, the new retail trend is an environment that gives consumers an engaging multi channel experience.  Online retailers are dynamically prepared to offer that experience through Bricks and Mortar.

Consumers continue to have the need to see and feel product, along with full engaging experiences. That is why online only retailers see the need to find space in the nations top malls.

Just look at Warby Parker, who is forecasting 100 stores by the end of 2018 to add to their current 64 locations. Their eyeglass industry is reliant on people seeing before they buy. Much in line with any retail of clothing or fashion accessories.

Retail like a mall is far from dead, it is changing.  The retailers that will survive this new economic model are those that focus on the full consumer experience.
