Back to Business Update for Friday, May 1st

During Governor Lamont’s update yesterday afternoon, he confirmed that the state of Connecticut would begin the re-opening process on May 20 th - contingent upon businesses meeting state reopening criteria. The Governor shared a graphic which illustrated the specific types of businesses that would be allowed to open in this first wave. If your business does not fall within one of the categories listed above, you will have the opportunity to reach out to specific subcommittee members of the Governor’s  “Reopen Connecticut Advisory Group” to provide suggestion on what you feel is necessary to re-open in the first wave. The contact information for the subcommittee members will be listed on our website on Monday.
