June 15, 2021
Dear Members,

We are so excited to announce that the club will be re-opening as of tomorrow, June 16! This will mean bringing guests, dropping by for some pickleball or to play on the playground, or spending time in the game room! Your key cards will be ready to go by Thursday to access the club 24/7, and the staff will be here to support you from 9:00am to 9:00pm.

We are sure there will be small transitional questions and issues along the way, so we are asking for a bit of understanding and patience as we all navigate this new normal!
Below are details of the new opening, and we will have these posted around the club, but feel free to stop by the office with any questions or suggestions!

Guests
Bring your friends and family! We won't have a limit, just make sure to make a reservation if you are having more than 10 guests. The process of signing in a guest is much easier, just make sure to have guest sign in to release liability.

Swimming changes
Bring your friends and family to the pool! Guests will be allowed with a simple waiver sign in, found in the lobby.
Lap and family swim-Lane 2 will be a dedicated, reservable lap swim only lane all day. Lane 1 will be available to reserve under SKEDDA for family swim and lap swim, except for swim lesson times MWF 11:00-3:00.
The rest of the pool will be open without reservation for free swim.
The Baby Pool is waiting on a new controller, and will open as soon as it is installed.

Locker Rooms will be open for use starting tomorrow. The code to enter is 1234, and the door will be propped open for ventilation.

Tennis Changes
Tennis court use will continue exclusively under SKEDDA reservation system. Guests will sign in on the tennis patio on the clipboards each time they play, no additional forms will be necessary.
SKEDDA reservations will be available from 6:00am to 10:00pm, with the same reservation agreements we have had. The tennis patio will be open for socializing and spectators.

Reservations
Basketball, Pickleball, Playground, BBQ, and Fitness room will all be available without restriction on a first come basis. We are thrilled to announce that Ken McKenna has volunteered his time to do free pickleball orientation! Contact the office for more info!
Parties at the BBQ or Picnic areas, as well as club bookings will be done by contacting the office and reserving a time. Booking and guests fees remain the same as in pre-covid times. There is no limit to number of guests.

Kitchen
The kitchen will be open and supplied with coffee and tea. Feel free to use the club's dishes and utensils, or bring your own from home if you'd like. Please clean up afterwards to keep the club enjoyable for all!

Club Access
Key card access wil be reactivated starting Thursday. The tennis gate will be locked, accessed by key cards. The front door will be unlocked during the day, and locked and alarmed at 10:00pm

Masks
Take your mask off! Masks will be optional for all vaccinated members and guests. We are asking that all unvaccinated individuals continue to wear masks indoors.

We are excited to be able to see everyone at the club!

Thanks,
Office Staff
