Announces the Re-Release and Updated Print of Her Classic ADHD Book

Journeys Through ADDulthood

Discover a New Sense of Identity and Meaning

While Living with Attention Deficit Disorder

A Note From Sari

I’m very excited to announce the re- release of my book Journeys through ADDulthood in hard copy by the end of June 2023. I recently acquired the rights to my book in order to publish under my own imprint, Introspect Press. This is not a new edition, but instead it has been updated. Rediscover this book for men and women with ADHD as well as for mental health professionals who are guiding their clients long past diagnosis.

Many of you are familiar with my books Women with Attention Deficit Disorder and A Radical Guide for Women but may not be as aware of this one that traces and illuminates the internal journey far after diagnosis and early treatment and the search for meaning and identity that follows.

I anticipate the book being available at end of June so look for the pre-order link below for this limited first printing. I will be doing a series of free webinars after the release to review the internal battles as well as the triumphs in this life- long Journey Through ADDulthood.

All the best-

Sari

Read A Brief Description of Journeys

Living with ADHD affects the development of one's view of self, especially for those not diagnosed until adulthood, who have spent many years of feeling "different" without knowing why.

Living successfully with ADHD is an ongoing internal process with no quick fixes.  Journeys Through ADDulthood is a step-by-step guide through three internal stages, or journeys: toward understanding your brain and your primary symptoms; toward discovering your true identity and embracing your uniqueness; and toward learning to share your true self to connect with others.

Remember to Look for the New Edition

The 2023 newly Released Edition has Sari Solden written in Red. The old edition has her name in green. (An ADHD friendly way to tell which is the new one!)

It’s a limited run so order early!

Journeys Through ADDulthood is, without question, one of the most important books on adult ADHD since Driven to Distraction. Sari Solden has given us a blueprint to live our lives as adults with ADHD, and has given therapists a book-length account of how to help their ADHD adult clients. This is truly an awesome book!” —Arthur Robin, Ph.D., Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences, Wayne State University
