Governor Hogan announced new restrictions this week as COVID-19 cases continue to skyrocket across the state. Safeguarding hospital capacity for COVID patients, along with protecting individuals in nursing homes and hospitals, were top of the list with stricter protocols around visitation and elective procedures. Restaurants and bars will see reduced capacity once again, while stadium and racetrack in-person spectator numbers were walked back completely. Counties continue to respond with CARES funding, grants, and restaurant relief - Conduit Street has your coverage.
