Pentavision To Release Trio of News Games
Pentavision Global has adopted a "go big or go home" attitude in preparation for IAAPA 2011, where they will present three new products.

Mr. Vacuum DX, the followup to their successful Mr. Vacuum crane powered by vacuum suction, delivers the same innovation with a more traditional design and sturdy tempered glass windows. The deluxe model features a large prize chute ideal for high-end electronic prizes and larger toys.

Likewise, Mini Album is an updated deluxe edition of Photo Maker. This revamped photo machine features a vibrant 22" touchscreen, high-res camera, LED lighting and colorful cabinet. Users may also connect a wide variety of phones, cameras and digital storage devices to select images and create their own mini keychain photo albums. Going one step further, the cabinet can also connect to Facebook via WiFi for customers to select photos from their account to include in their album.

Lastly, DJ Max Technika 3 is the latest in the series of rhythm/action videogames. Featuring over 160 songs, including licensed tracks from chart-topping artists, this new game includes crew challenge mode that allows players using the online platinum crew service to join friends in a variety of challenges and missions. This mode will be constantly updated to provide hours of replay value while allowing players to earn exclusive unlocks and bonus points. It's available in both the deluxe studio cabinet and economical solo cabinet.

Check out these offerings during the IAAPA at booth, no. 412, and visit www.pentavisioninc.com.

Stern Lifts Veil on Transformers at Pinball Expo
Stern Pinball spent last weekend at the 27th Annual Pinball Expo, which kicked off with a tour of the Stern Pinball factory (left). Over 200 expo attendees showed their support by seeing their favorite games being built.

CEO Gary Stern and VP of game design George Gomez also spoke to a group of enthusiasts at the expo, informing the crowd about innovations coming soon to Stern games and George's latest design, Transformers.

A small group of Stern fans joined Gary for a private dinner and roundtable discussion on Friday evening, followed by legendary designer Steve Ritchie giving a fireside chat during which eager fans asked questions about Steve's career, accomplishments and future games.

The chat led up to the Transformers launch party (right), where a packed house of pinball fans met the design team behind the game and participated in a tournament run by Josh and Zach Sharpe of the IFPA. For more information on pinball, visit www.sternpinball.com.
