Clinical Trial Excellence Campaign (CTEC)

CTEC aims to achieve an institutional median of 90 days for clinical trial activation, measured from the initial protocol submission into a UCSF system (IRB or OCTA) to contract execution. To help streamline your activation process and achieve this goal, study teams should submit to the IRB and OCTA in parallel or on the same day.

We encourage your feedback to enrich this iterative process as you use the new campaign offerings or engage in parts of the new activation process. Contact us at CTO@ucsf.edu.
