Reaching new heights:
Mark Richey is first to summit Link Sar
Company President Mark Richey and a group of experienced climbers made mountain climbing history this summer when they climbed a previously unreached 23,100-foot peak in Pakistan.

Still hungry for more? Here's another great article.
Continuing the climb
From Link Sar to the Vessel

Not wanting to miss out on the action, our Vice President John Wall took company President Mark Richey on a climb up the Vessel during a recent sales trip to New York. It wasn't quite the same as months struggling to reach death defying heights in a remote region, but still a nice "climb" in one of our busiest markets.

Pictured above are Mark and John at the, err, summit along with a cool picture they took along the way. The nerves, the intensity, the victory are all so evident.
The ultimate video conferencing table

Thanks to the great work of photographer Andrew Hara, we recently got our hands on this beauty of an installation photo. This is a military installation and the award winning work of AECOM. And that table? It's sustainably harvested sapele, engineered quartz and lots of intricate brushed stainless steel. It's also curved, angled and more than 43 feet in length.

Read more about it, those height-adjustable, ADA accessible lecterns and more in the case study on our website.
How did they do that?
Curved veneer edges

Curved veneer table edges seem popular of late. The team at WallGoldfinger Furniture and Mark Richey Woodworking are able to create these edges by vacuum forming veneer over a curved surface. The technique is certainly not new, but doing it well may be.
What's next
Projects underway

We have some great projects under way in the factory from big boardroom, to stone and glass conference tables, including Summit tilt-top tables, to Arbor multipurpose room tables. Above are concept illustrations of what we have underway.
