Moosehaven hosted an exciting Kentucky Derby party that brought residents together for an evening of big bets, bigger hats, and good old-fashioned Southern hospitality with delicious food and beverages!
The party was buzzing with activity as residents arrived dressed in their best derby attire – including some showstopping hats that set the tone for the festivities! Attendees enjoyed placing friendly bets and residents raced on stick horses as everyone cheered for their favorite horses and ‘jockeys.’ Visit our blog for more photos.

Law enforcement agencies from across Northeast Florida gathered at Moosehaven on May 9 to pay tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving their community.
Representatives from the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Green Cove Springs Police Department, Orange Park Police Department, Clay County District Schools Police Department, and Florida Highway Patrol stood in solidarity to honor the bravery of the fallen and their families. Let us never forget their sacrifice and those who they left behind. To all law enforcement officers, past and present, we thank you for your service!
