Springtime fun was in full bloom at Moosehaven as residents enjoyed a joyful Easter Egg Hunt filled with laughter, color, and sweet surprises. From festive decorations to plenty of hidden treats, the day brought smiles and a wonderful sense of community to everyone involved.

Duck Racing

There was no shortage of excitement at Moosehaven as residents gathered for the 2026 Duck Race, a lighthearted event filled with laughter and a little friendly competition. Participants picked their lucky ducks and cheered them on as they made their way through the course. It was, without a doubt, a quack-tastic time for everyone involved.

Denim & Diamonds Event

Residents enjoyed a fun-filled Denim and Diamonds event in the new Sports & Recreation Center, complete with a delicious spread of BBQ favorites and a lively mix of country classics from DJ Alan. The dance floor stayed active with line dancing and plenty of boot scootin’ boogie, while guests showed off their best denim and sparkling style. It was a great night of connection, music, and community at Moosehaven.

Veterans Honor Flight

Two of our Moosehaven residents, Fred Green and Mel Mytty, recently experienced a truly special day as part of the First Coast Honor Flight, traveling to Washington, D.C. to visit the memorials dedicated to their service. Fred, a Vietnam veteran, and Mel, both proudly served in the Army and were honored alongside fellow veterans in a day filled with reflection, recognition, and appreciation.
