At Moosehaven, we offer a continuum of care, meaning that as our residents’ needs change over time, their level of care adjusts seamlessly. We’re committed to providing compassionate, specialized memory care at Katherine Smith Hall for residents affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, ensuring they live with dignity, safety, and the highest possible quality of life.

"Haven by the River"
By Justin LeClair, Moosehaven staff member
| |
|
Beneath the ancient oaks that whisper of time,
Moosehaven cradles its stories along the St. Johns,
A sanctuary where the years slow their march,
And lives, once bustling, find a peaceful cadence.
The river flows like memories, steady and deep,
Reflecting skies painted with Florida's gentle hand,
Where those who've journeyed far and wide
Rest in the embrace of sunlit days and quiet nights.
Paths wind through gardens, blooming with the past,
Each petal a fragment of lives well-lived,
While laughter echoes softly from porches and walks,
A testament to the bonds forged here in twilight's glow.
Here, the heart finds its rhythm, unhurried, serene,
In this haven by the river where the world fades away,
And the soul, unburdened, breathes the gentle air,
Finding peace in the gentle sway of the moss-draped trees.
