Parking:
Please remember that overnight parking is not permissible per the Alamo Ranch CC&Rs and Amendments. This includes our gated and non-gated communities. We do understand that some of our homeowners occasionally have overnight guests. The Association asks that if this is the case, please contact the office so that it may be notated and not addressed as a parking violation.
2nd Amendment of CC&Rs, Article III, Section 3.7 The term "vehicles", as used herein, shall refer to all motorized vehicles including, without limitation, automobiles, trucks, motor homes, boats, trailers, motorcycles, minibikes, scooters, go-carts, campers, buses, and vans. No vehicle may be parked or left upon any Lot in the Subdivision, except as follows: (i) if such vehicles are parked or stored in a garage or other area designated by the Board; or (ii) if the vehicle is an automobile, sports utility vehicle or a truck used on a regular basis it can be parked on the driveway... Temporary parking of motorhomes, boats, trailers, motorcycles, minibikes, scooters, go-carts, campers, buses and cargo vans is allowed in the driveway for such temporary periods as may be specified by the Board from time to time... The overnight parking of vehicles on Streets or within road rights-of-way by Owners or occupants shall not be allowed...

FREE TREATS FOR OUR FURRY FRIENDS!
It's not always all work and no play at the Association Office. On occasion, we do get the opportunity to visit with our furry four-legged residents. We have our regulars who come over to say hello, get oodles of cuddles, and collect doggie treats! If you are new to the neighborhood or have not yet come by to get your dog a treat, please be sure to do so. We would love to meet our resident dogs.

Perfect Chicken Pasta Salad
YIELDS:
Prep: 10 mins
Total: 30 mins
Yield: 8 servings
INGREDIENTS
FOR SALAD
- 1 lb. fusilli pasta
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 c. halved grape tomatoes
- 2 c. spinach, packed
- 1/2 c. crumbled feta
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. freshly chopped dill
FOR DRESSING
- 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook fusilli according to package directions until al dente. Drain and transfer to large bowl.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, 8 minutes per side. Let rest 10 minutes, then cut into 1" pieces.
- Meanwhile, make dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
- In the large bowl with the pasta, toss together all remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over salad, toss until coated, and serve.
