Meet Beth Nemchek, Our New
Library Assistant
Beth joined the Ledyard Library team in June. After decades of working with preschool children, she turned to her lifelong love of books and landed a dream job as a Library Assistant! Although a fairly recent arrival to Ledyard (2017), Beth and her husband are really enjoying the area after living in several other states. Beth’s main reading interests are medieval history (the War of the Roses and Tudor reigns), historical fiction, crime novels, and famous crime history. She also enjoys knitting, listening to audiobooks, thrifting, and long leisurely walks.
