Indiana Choice Scholarship Application & Proof of Residency - Due Friday, May 1
A reminder that all families must complete the Indiana Choice Scholarship application for the 2026–2027 school year. Due to new state requirements under Universal Choice, each student must submit an application and proof of residency to receive the scholarship. Please note: You only need to upload one of the requested documents to show proof of residency.

Personal Finance Class - June 2026
BCHS is offering a Personal Finance class this summer, June 1–19 from 8:00-11:30 am. This in-person course will be taught at BCHS, and is open to students who will be sophomores in the fall. The cost is $200, and one credit hour will be earned. Please click here to register by May 1, 2026.

Prom 2026
Tickets for the 2026 Prom are now on sale! This year’s theme, The Greatest Spectacle, will take place on Saturday, April 25 from 7:00-10:30 pm at the Dallara Experience Hub. Tickets are $50 and must be purchased by April 24.
Prom is open to juniors and seniors only, and all attendees must arrive by 7:30 pm and remain until at least 10:00 pm. Students wishing to bring a guest from another school must complete the Outside Guest Permission Form by April 21. Formal attire is requested. Blood Drive - Tomorrow
The BCHS Blood Drive is this Friday, April 10 from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm in the Auxiliary Gym. Students can support this important effort by donating blood—each donation can save up to three local Hoosier lives! Anyone age 16 or older and weighing at least 110 pounds is eligible to donate, and most medications are accepted. Student donors will receive two CST (Area 2: Service rooted in Catholic Social Teaching) service hours. Click here for registration and forms.

Cinderella Royal Tea Party - Saturday, April 18
We are delighted to invite students in kindergarten through 2nd grade to a royal tea party with the cast of Cinderella on Saturday, April 18. Join us for a magical morning featuring drinks, light snacks, crafts, visits with the Royal Court, and photo opportunities in Cinderella’s carriage.
The cost is $20 per participant and includes one (1) general admission ticket (bleacher seating) to the Saturday evening performance of Cinderella at 7:00 pm at Bishop Chatard High School. Click here to register your student.

Used Uniform Sale - Donations Needed!
The Used Uniform Sale is in need of donations! We are currently collecting uniforms and spiritwear. Items can be dropped in bins at Door 1 or Door 10, or at the home of Jennifer Zyromski (5732 Broadway St., Indianapolis 46220).
The sale will take place on Tuesday, June 16 from 5:30-7:30 pm in the cafeteria. Volunteers are also needed—please email jzyromski@sbcglobal.net or text 317-366-3020 if you’re interested. Volunteers will have the opportunity to shop first!

Walk-a-Thon 2026 - Friday, April 24
Bishop Chatard High School is proud to continue our annual Walk-a-Thon on April 24. Rooted in our mission of forming the whole student, this fundraiser encourages students to recognize the value of giving back and grow in generosity.
Walk-a-Thon Day includes a talent show, neighborhood walk, picnic lunch, faculty vs. senior kickball game, and early dismissal. Students now have access to their personal fundraising pages and are working toward a $50 goal.The fundraising platform is now active.
Student Incentives

The first FLEX class with 100% participation (at least one donation per student) will receive Chick-fil-A meal coupons.

The first 25 students in each grade to raise $50 will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Amazon gift card.

Students who reach $50 in donations may dress down on April 20-22.

The top five fundraisers in each grade will be entered into a drawing for a $200 Amazon gift card.

The grade with the highest participation rate will win a pizza party at lunch.

Incoming Freshman Boys Soccer Callout Meeting - Wednesday, April 22
BCHS Boys Soccer will host a callout meeting on Wednesday, April 22, for incoming freshmen interested in playing soccer this fall. The meeting will take place at 6:30 pm in the cafeteria. Is your grade school or middle school student looking for something fun this summer? Check out our lineup of BCHS athletic camps! Led by our championship-winning varsity coaches and supported by Trojan student-athletes, these camps give participants the chance to build skills, try a new sport, meet future classmates, stay active, and have fun.
From boys and girls basketball, soccer, volleyball, and lacrosse to softball, running, football, and wrestling, there is a camp for nearly every interest. Click here to learn more.

CSI: Chicago 2026 - Applications Due Friday
CSI: Chicago 2026 will take place June 22–25 at the Brother David Darst Center in Chicago. This Christian Service Immersion trip invites Bishop Chatard students to put their faith into action through service with local agencies, while learning about Catholic Social Teaching through daily prayer, reflection, and simple living.
The trip is limited to 12 students, with priority given to juniors and seniors, and counts toward Area 2 service hours. The cost is $475 per participant. Applications are due this Friday, April 10. Please contact Mr. Hilton for additional details.
