BCHS Best Buddies Callout - Tuesday, August 19

BCHS Best Buddies builds friendships and promotes awareness and appreciation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A callout meeting for BCHS Best Buddies will be held on Tuesday, August 19 at 8 am during the SILAS Period in the Main Gym. We would love for students to come see what we are all about! Vox Troiano Callout - TODAY and Thursday, August 14

Calling all singers! Vox Troiano (Voice of the Trojan) is the advanced, mixed chorale of Bishop Chatard High School. Callouts are taking place after school today and Thursday, August 14. Bowling Callout Meeting - Friday, September 5

Come learn about the BCHS Bowling Team! A callout will take place on Friday, September 5 after school in Silas East, the meeting room in the cafeteria. No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn the sport! Email Mr. Miller with any questions.

Virtual Visit with IU & Purdue Admissions - Tuesday, August 19

Representatives from Indiana University and Purdue University are hosting a virtual information session via Zoom on Tuesday, August 19 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. All grades welcome. David E. Drew Scholarship for Catholic High School Tuition

This scholarship provides financial assistance in the form of grants for high school tuition and related fees to students who meet the following criteria:

• Students who have suffered the loss of a parent
• Students who have a parent with a permanent disability
• Students who are currently enrolled or plan to enroll in an Indianapolis Metro area Catholic high school

The Bishop Chatard Athletic Booster Club plays a vital role in supporting our Athletic Department—providing funding, organizing parent social events, and enhancing the overall experience for our teams and fans throughout the year. Most Booster Club membership levels include season passes, allowing you to skip the ticket line and enjoy admission to all regular-season home games across all sports (excluding City, Conference, and IHSAA tournament events). New this fall, the Athletic Booster Club is excited to host our annual Trivia Night—a fun evening in support of Trojan athletics! Cafeteria Assistant

BCHS is seeking a full-time cafeteria assistant (5 days a week, 5+ hours per day) to support daily foodservice operations. Responsibilities include operating the cash register, food prep and restocking, and maintaining a clean, sanitary workspace. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 pounds. Part-Time School Nurse Bishop Chatard High School is seeking a part time nurse, starting in the 2025-2026 school year. Substitute Teachers - Trojan Tots Preschool

Trojan Tots Preschool is hiring substitute teachers from August to May, working with children of all ages. This substitute position offers flexible hours, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, and follows the same school calendar as Bishop Chatard High School. Our preschool serves children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. Substitute teachers are needed to cover classrooms when teachers are absent, as well as to cover lunch breaks and prep time.
