Several of our seniors stepped away from end-of-semester busyness to participate in their Senior Retreat, centered on The Impact of Love. Students reflected on how God has worked in their lives and how they might continue to let Him do so, guided by heartfelt stories shared by teachers and alumni.

The 2026-2027 Key Dates Calendar is now available. Please note that this calendar includes scheduling adjustments to allow teachers to attend the NCEA Conference hosted by the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. This change alters our typical one-week Spring Break schedule, which will return in 2027–2028.

Archdiocese of Indianapolis Awarded $22.5 Million Grant

Bishop Chatard High School is pleased to share exciting news for Catholic education in Indianapolis. The Archdiocese has received a $22.5 million grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. to support Project Magi, a transformative initiative that will strengthen 29 Catholic schools in Marion County—serving nearly 11,000 students.

For Bishop Chatard, Project Magi will enhance academic, personal, and spiritual formation through expanded professional development, student wellness support, career exploration, and STEM and college-level opportunities.

We are grateful to Lilly Endowment Inc. and the Archdiocese for their commitment to shaping saints and scholars and look forward to the positive impact this initiative will bring to our Trojan community.

Indiana Youth Rally for Life - January 22, 2026

Join the BCHS Pro-Life Club for the annual Rally and March for Life on Thursday, January 22, 2026. The day will be filled with great music, fantastic Catholic, Pro-Life Speakers, and the March for Life from Georgia Street to the State House. Students will travel by minibus.

Medication Reminder

As we approach the end of the year, this is a reminder for students who keep an inhaler or EpiPen at school to check the expiration date on their device. If a replacement is needed, please bring a current device in its original box (with prescription) to the nurse’s office. If you are unsure whether your student’s device is expired, please email medical@bishopchatard.org.

Season of Giving Baby Drive - Friday, December 12

The Girls Lacrosse Team will be collecting baby items this Friday morning, December 12, at Door #10. They are accepting new, unopened diapers, onesies, children’s books, and toys for children from newborn to age two. Thank you for helping us share the spirit of the season with families in need!
