Traffic & Parking Changes
Construction on the Performing Arts Center and Chapel is now underway. Please be aware of changes to traffic patterns and parking, and allow extra time when arriving on campus. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize safety throughout this process.
Morning Drop-Off
- If you are dropping off on the east side of Crittenden (BCHS side), please pull to the curb near Door 1, as cars will be parked along the street.
- If using the west side of Crittenden (Christ the King side), no changes are needed.
- For Door 10 drop-off, the addition of construction fencing will require that you remain in the northbound drive lane and drop off at the pavilion or just south of it and then exit right onto Kessler.
Afternoon Pick-Up
For after-school pick-up, please do not enter the lot until 3:30 pm to allow students time to exit. Lining up on Crittenden will not be permitted, as staff will be parking there daily.
Visitor Parking
Visitors during the school day will be asked to park on Crittenden near Door 1 in reserved spaces.
Baccalaureate Mass & Graduation Parking Additional parking will be available at Christ the King for both Baccalaureate Mass on Thursday, May 14, and for graduation on Sunday, May 17.
Download the Parent App
Please see the BCHS Parent App for current updates on traffic and parking restrictions. Click here to download the app.

Tuition Payment Plan Set Up - Due Wednesday, May 20
All Bishop Chatard families must have a tuition payment plan established in their FACTS account by May 20. Your FACTS account will reflect your student(s)’ charges, and all tuition payments are made through the FACTS portal—a secure and convenient way to manage your tuition.
Families who pay in full by July 15 are eligible for a 5% discount (up to $200 per family).
The same FACTS account used for your financial aid application is used to set up your payment plan. Please log in using your existing username and password to complete your setup.
Current families with an active FACTS payment plan do not need to take any action. If you would like to adjust your payment frequency, please contact Bob Bell at bbell@bishopchatard.org.
A Student ID is not required to complete registration. Click here to learn more, apply for financial aid, or set up a payment plan.

Finals Week Adoration
The Trinity Club is hosting adoration during the day throughout finals week (May 19-22) to pray for our students! In order to make this happen, we need to make sure we have at least one person with Jesus at all times. Please consider signing up for an hour (or two!) throughout this week to help us make this possible.
Adoration will take place in the St. Benedict Center Conference Room. Please enter the building by ringing the intercom at Door 16. The conference room is located to the right as you enter. Please reach out to Brian Farrell with any questions.

Medication Pick-Up
All medications need to be picked up during finals week (May 19-22) from the nursing office. Any medications left or that are expired will be disposed of by June 1.

Families also have the option to donate remaining funds to the Angel Fund, which helps support other students in need with their cafeteria balance. Please contact Michael Dlugosz with any questions.
