Summer Construction Updates

With construction on the Performing Arts Center and Chapel underway this summer, stay on top of the latest changes to traffic and parking on the BCHS Parent App. Click here to download it on your device.

Free Summer Meals for Students

USDA works closely with states to ensure that children who receive free or reduced-price school meals can get the nutrition they need when schools are closed for summer break. Through USDA's summer meal programs, approved sites in communities across the country serve meals and snacks to kids 18 and younger at no cost. Families can use the Summer Meals Site Finder to find directions to nearby meal sites, as well as their hours of operation and contact information.

Families seeking food assistance for their children can contact the USDA National Hunger Hotline, operated by Hunger Free America. The hotline can be reached Monday through Friday between 7 am and 10 pm ET at 1-866-3-HUNGRY (1-866-348- 6479) for English or 1-877-8-HAMBRE (1-877-842-6273) for Spanish.

Thank You to Our Volunteers

Thank you to all of our BCHS Trinity Club volunteers for your time, dedication, and service this year. We could not have made these events possible without your support. Service is at the heart of our mission, and your generosity made a meaningful impact throughout the year. We are so grateful for all you have done and look forward to partnering with you again in 2026-27!

Medication Pick-Up

All medications need to be picked up during finals week (May 19-22) from the nursing office. Any medications left or that are expired will be disposed of by June 1.

Cafeteria Balances - End of School Year

All students must reconcile their cafeteria accounts by the end of the school year. Families also have the option to donate remaining funds to the Angel Fund, which helps support other students in need with their cafeteria balance. Please contact Michael Dlugosz with any questions.

Bishop Chatard Summer Golf Camp

Bishop Chatard High School announces the launch of the new BCHS Summer Golf Camp, a voluntary summer development program open to current and incoming students in grades 7–12.

The program includes 17 sessions throughout June and July at rotating Marion County courses and offers both a Development Track for all skill levels and a Competitive Player Track designed for students pursuing varsity or college-level golf. Enrollment is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here for complete program details, dates, pricing, and registration information. Please contact Coach Boncosky with questions.
