Budget Win for Survivor Services

Last month, CRC’s Rebecca Nussbaum and Leticia Ortiz joined advocates in Sacramento to urge full VOCA (Victims of Crime Act) funding. Their efforts helped secure $100 million in California’s 2025–26 budget to keep survivor services running. VOCA funding is negotiated yearly, and uncertainty remains for other programs, but thanks to everyone who raised their voice, we’ll keep fighting for the survivors who rely on these lifelines.

Thank You for Voting!

CRC is a returning partner in the Lazy Acres Envirotokens Program. Every time shoppers bring reusable bags and select CRC, we receive 10¢ per bag, about $100/month, to help provide nutritious food for local families. Thank you for supporting both our planet and our neighbors!

Campaign Spotlight: Elaine Dodge and Martin Staubus
