May 2025

Thank you so much for the warm welcome as I've stepped in as Executive Director. I have enjoyed meeting many of you and look forward to getting to know more of you. It's been a busy year so far! We've been working closely with Clean Energy NH on a number of events including a special Earth Day ButtonUP Workshop with Senator Shaheen and a solar tour in Plymouth for NH Clean Energy Week. Local Foods Plymouth is going strong with our inventory increasing each week as summer approaches.

For the third year in a row, PAREI is participating in NH Gives on June 10-11 and we hope you consider giving to PAREI among your non-profits of choice. We are dedicating this year's drive to the sun. Consider donating to help make PAREI's future bright. ☀️

We have achieved, and continue to achieve, so much at PAREI due to your support in both donations and volunteer hours and we'll be celebrating at our Summer Solstice event on June 17. More details (and the registration link) are below. We hope to see you there!

If you'd like to visit our office or Solar Shares sites, feel free to email me: denise@plymouthenergy.org. I truly appreciate meeting our members and learning about what's important to you.

NH Gives Day! June 10th-11th

Help Make Our Future Bright!

NH Gives Day is a 24-hour online fundraising event that is designed to build community and connect donors to local nonprofits. The event begins on Tuesday, June 10 at 5pm! You can access PAREI's fundraising page by clicking here.

In 2024, PAREI raised over $3,500 during NH Gives Day. This year, we're reaching for the stars with a $7,000 goal! Please consider a donation and encourage your friends to support our organization this NH Gives day.

Celebrate With Us

Bring your friends and come celebrate the start of summer at our donor appreciation Summer Solstice party on Tuesday, June 17th at our PAREI office and Common Man Lodge Pavilion. The festivities begin at 6:00pm.

Our Latest Non-Profit Solar Project

PAREI is currently working with the Newfound Lake Region Association (NLRA) to install a 18kW Solar PV system on the new building at its Grey Rocks property in Hebron, NH. It is estimated that the solar electricity will save NLRA over $3,700 annually (based on current rates). The building will serve as a center for conservation and education as NLRA works to protect Newfound Lake and its watershed. The completion of this project and grand opening of the new building is planned for later this summer.
