Dear PDCC Members,
I am writing to inform you of a necessary change regarding our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was originally scheduled for April 25th.
Regrettably, due to unforeseen circumstances, we find ourselves in the position of having to postpone the AGM. Our Executive Director, Amir Tabatabaei is facing a serious family emergency that requires immediate attention. In light of this situation, he had to travel to the UK at short notice to attend to family matters.
As a chamber, we recognize the importance of supporting our team members during challenging times, and we extend our full understanding and support to Amir and his family during this difficult period.
We understand that the AGM is a significant event in our calendar, providing an opportunity for our members to come together, reflect on the past year, and chart the course for the future. Rest assured; we are committed to rescheduling the AGM at the earliest opportunity once the situation stabilizes.
The AGM has now been scheduled to take place on Thursday June 27th from 5pm to 8pm at the Beach Club Resort, Parksville.
Your understanding and flexibility during this time are greatly appreciated.
