| | Check your child's attendance in the Student Progress Center (SPC). Turn in any parent or doctor notes for days missed, so that those absences can be marked as excused. Under a new policy change, students may now submit up to 5 parent-written excuses per semester to be considered excused absences. | | |

TPSS STEAM Magnet Programs
AT TPSS, we empower students to become their best selves. Here's why our Magnet Programs play a critical role in that mission:
- Magnet schools offer specialized lessons and create a more hands-on learning experience.
- Students can explore special interests as well as learn their skills and strengths.
- Magnet schools offer unique learning environments for students with different learning styles.

Academic Calendar Update
The adopted 2025-2026 Academic Calendar designated two days as “weather days” for potential closures. Since the days have not been needed so far this semester, as stated in our adopted calendar, we will close schools two additional days and begin the Christmas Holiday break on December 17, 2025.
The academic calendar has been adjusted to reflect that schools will be closed on December 18th and December 19th. Wednesday, December 17th, will be a half-day for students.
In the event that we must use a weather day or two before Christmas Break, these days would be added back to the calendar as instructional days.
