In our well attended January 10, 2020 kickoff meeting, I was excited to see the level of participation and everyone’s enthusiasm and engaging support of the Ramsey County Local League of Governments. We had a fruitful discussion sharing legislative priorities and discussing this year’s legislative session. This is a strong step in the direction of fulfilling on our mission, which is to foster cooperation among Ramsey County’s local governments in an effort to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our service delivery.
(Stay tuned for a summary of that discussion, and mark your calendars now to attend the monthly meeting on April 10th, when we’ll continue our legislative discussion with state legislators.)
