We have kicked off fall camp in preparation of the 2019 season and are excited to return to play a schedule that will include three power-5 opponents (Alabama, Wash. St., Ole Miss), three Mountain West schools (UNM, SDSU, Fres. St.) and a 10-win Georgia Southern team from a year ago.
The schedule may seem a bit daunting, but with the amount of returning talent (including QB Josh Adkins, who finished in the top 25 in passing as a redshirt-freshman despite only starting in eight games), we believe we have the horses to be extremely competitive this season.
There has been a lot of news coming out of Aggie Memorial and you found the right place to catch up on how we are doing early and who is emerging as difference makers for us.
The local media has covered the team well since camp began and you can find interviews from newcomers Tony Nicholson (wide receiver; Gr., Baylor) and Chance Cook (safety; R-Jr., Okla. St.) as well as returning senior defensive tackle Roy Lopez and quarterback Josh Adkins.
