On May 21st, Network member West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing celebrated the completion of Tres Puentes, a project that involved the refurbishing of an existing residence for seniors and the addition of 175 new housing units in the Mott Haven neighborhood in the Bronx...

On May 21st, the Harvard Business Review featured New York City Health + Hospitals' approach to caring for homeless New Yorkers that incorporates data science and strategic use of patients' records across various systems.
