Deutsche Bank announced Round 8 of their Supportive Housing Acquisition and Rehabilitation Effort (SHARE) Program in support of new projects. Each awarded organization will receive $125,000 a year – consisting of an $85,000 project specific grant and a $40,000 recoverable grant – for three years...

Work with the Network!
The Supportive Housing Network is looking for a Policy Analyst . As a member of the Network's larger policy team, this individual will oversee the progress of supportive housing development in New York City and help inform and implement advocacy strategy.

The Network is also embarking on a Preservation Project and is looking for a consultant. Please find the RFP here .

The New York State Division of Homes and Community Renewal announced upcoming adjustments to its 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program, aimed at improving accessibility to sponsors and the quality of projects aligned with the state's housing goals. The RFP for the new HCR Multifamily Finance 9% RFP (formerly known as the Unified Funding RFP) will be released twice a year in April and October.

The first RFP is scheduled to be released around Oct. 4, 2019. We will send out a summary and alert as soon as it is available.
