The Cabarrus Art Guild has been a vibrant force in bringing together artists and art enthusiasts from Cabarrus and surrounding counties for over 50 years.

🖼️🍂 Fall Art Events: The Guild will be a part of several events this fall, including the Annual Fall Judged Show on Oct 6th and Art Walk on Union on Sept 7th.

The Guild offers free artistic demonstrations on Sept 8th and Oct 13th, featuring experts in color theory and wildlife fine art. Additionally, they are hosting various instructor-led classes including workshops on wool landscapes and needle felting.

Two exciting announcements showed up on social media this week!

Cabarrus Creamery in Downtown Concord, established in 1923 and a community favorite, is reopening!! They plan to open on Oct 5th with a slimmed-down menu of flavors starting with just weekends: Friday 3–8pm, Saturday and Sunday 1–8pm.

The popular all-day breakfast and lunch spot in Kannapolis, Sunshine Family Restaurant, announced on social media with a rendering of their new sign that they will be opening a second location in the former Andele space on Concord Pkwy.
